Campaign Overview: As companies nationwide strive to recruit job seekers, the average cost of hiring a new employee is close to $4,700 (Society for Human Resource Management, 2022). With numerous employers competing for the same candidates, recruitment advertisers are working to gain an advantage through precise targeting and detailed attribution.

Campaign Results: By the end of the three-month campaign, the results exceeded expectations with a CTR of 0.15%, surpassing the client’s target of 0.10%. The campaign also produced a total of 634 conversions through both in-person and online actions, showing that candidates were applying through both channels. Combined visits to the website and the three distribution centers contributed to a low Cost Per Action (CPA) of $19.37.
